Developing a European Approach for Comprehensive QA of (European) University Networks (EuniQ)

Aim of the project

The EUniQ project supports QA agencies in addressing evolving methodological challenges. It intends to provide a roadmap for QA agencies to jointly develop QA methodologies, from a needs analysis to a developed QA approach. In this project, the policy integration of university networks and the establishment of European Universities will be the pertinent case studie

Twinning – Support in strengthening the higher education system in Azerbaijan

Aim of the project

The general project objective is to further develop Azerbaijan’s higher education system through aligning it with a competence-based education approach.

The project purpose is to increase the institutional capacities of the Ministry of Education, higher education institutions and the Accreditation and Nostrification Office for the continued introduction of the principles, mechanisms, tools and policies of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and to ensure their consistent implementation and application supporting the shift towards a student-centred system and learning outcomes approach.

Quality Assurance System in Ukraine: Development on the Base of ENQA Standards and Guidelines (QUAERE)

Aim of the project

QUAERE is aimed at contributing to current reform of Ukrainian system of QA in higher education. The consortium plans to solve the following problems and needs that are crucial for the partner country both at national and institutional levels: need in tools ensuring effective functioning of internal and external QA systems; need in capacity building of HEIs and national QA body through training of staff to use QA tools, establishment of organizational QA infrastructure and piloting internal and external QA models; low level of student involvement in university self-assessment processes; need to make the self-assessment mechanism an integral part of university functioning
